
- 2 bunches radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Thinly slice the radishes and put them in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of the olive oil, 1 tablespoon of the sugar, and the lemon juice. Toss to completely coat the radishes then let sit for about 20 minutes. Drain excess liquid than add the remaining olive oil, sugar, honey and cinnamon. Toss again to coat the radishes. Spread the radish chips in a single layer across the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove and flip the chips before reducing the oven to 275 degrees. Bake another 20 minutes. The chips will shrink some will be crispy when cooled. Eat the chips as they are or serve with either yogurt or ice cream.
